StatisticsCourse.com is operated by Healthcare Companion Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about anything in this policy at our admin email.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you enrol, we collect your name, email address and billing details. Payments are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number. If you write to us, join a live session, or send us an achievement for the Hall of Fame, we collect what you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically receive technical data such as your browser type, operating system, IP address and the pages you visit. We use this to keep the site working, secure, and improving.
How we use your information
- To provide the course — creating your account, delivering course content, sending your login details and service emails such as live session links (lawful basis: performance of our contract with you).
- To take payment — processing your subscription through our payment processor (contract).
- To improve the site and course — understanding how the site is used (legitimate interests).
- To send you marketing emails — news, offers and course updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us (consent / legitimate interests).
- To celebrate your wins — we publish member achievements and photos on our Hall of Fame only with your permission, and will remove them if you ask.
We never sell or lease your personal information to third parties.

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function (such as keeping you logged in) and cookies that help us understand how the site is used.
